The Semi-Legal Drug Book
In the drug world today, most of the "buzz" is centered around "legal highs" and various loopholes. With this book, I've highlighted many of the semi-legal psychoactive plants, fungi, fish, amphibians, reptiles and insects in which these substances are derived and/or extracted/isolated from. I use the term "semi-legal" because laws vary by state, and because loopholes exist and/or the host may be legal, in situations where isolating the drug is not— hence "semi-legal".
Within the contents of this handbook, I tried my very best to make the ultimate guide to semi-legal, mind-altering substances— while also explaining (in great detail) various loopholes. I cover nearly everything imaginable; plants, fungi, toads, fish, ants, bees, snakes, lizards etc. Also, the loopholes that are covered include religious exemptions, ornamental purposes, clinical trials, law language and much more. I will also be covering some popular folklore that may be tied to psychoactive substances. Premium color illustrations are also used throughout the book.
Growing up, I was a big fan of books such as the “Anarchist Cookbook” and “Hallucinogenic Plants: A Golden Guide”. But today, these books are greatly outdated, not with all of the information per say, but in terms of the legality of the substances that are mentioned. This book focuses purely on how to “score legal drugs” and that means buying them, or growing/manufacturing them and/or just obtaining them in general. The book has just about something for everybody; from moonshiners to mushroom-eaters, from opium growers to those interested in making their very own version of the “witch’s brew”.
As far as pricing, I tried my best to keep it very reasonable (especially due to the printing costs for color images). Many, many years of research went into this one. Along with countless hours writing, editing and designing (not only the cover but also each page individually). There’s a lot of great color images throughout which makes the price a true bargain for the pictures alone. But if you’re a drug enthusiast like me, and love to keep up with the new and legal loopholes then this book is simply a must-have.
I have a proven track record in the psychedelic world, and I’ve been helping readers get high from the comfort of their own home since 2020 with my book “How to Grow Psilocybin Mushrooms: The Complete Beginners Guide to Indoor Cultivation”. https://www.amazon.com/How-Grow-Psilocybin-Mushrooms-Cultivation/dp/B08W1Q3NWZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?qid=1699476109&refinements=p_27%3ACarl+E+Miller&s=books&sr=1-5
One thing that I do NOT participate in, is working with large publishing houses; the main reason behind this is because I want total freedom with my work. I couldn’t imagine a large publisher willing to allow me to lead readers towards “legal (or semi-legal) highs”. But that’s what self-publishing is for. That way it’s not necessary to “walk the line” and if I ever do walk a line, it’ll be unwillingly. But I will never sell-out.
So if you’re interested in starting a personal mushroom grow operation, that book has helped many people. If you’re interested in getting involved in a psychedelic garden, or just getting your hands on drugs that are either legal or about as close to legal as you can get, then I highly recommend my new book; The Semi-Legal Mind-Altering Flora and Fauna Handbook.
